Return Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We visually check all our watches before dispatch and take all care with packaging so that they arrive to you in good order. Should you open a delivery and find damaged stock, or watches sent to you in error of your order, we require that you notify us within seven days by phone, fax or email.

We will note your request for credit but credit is only allocated against your account once the watches are returned to us at Atlantic Trading Company at P O Box 2956, Taren Point NSW 2229.

Request for returns for any other reason must be first made with management and agreed to by us. Postage is at your cost. Watches that arrive to us damaged will not be credited, and those eligible for credit will have credit applied when your account is in good order, which is in under 60 days aged balance.

When returning watches to us they must be carefully packaged preferably with bubble wrap or similar to protect them inside the packaging. Wrap each watch separately to prevent it being scratched by others in the same package. Please send by receipted delivery. We cannot be responsible for packages sent by you that do not arrive to us. Receipted delivery enables you to track and verify the delivery of your package.

We try to be very understanding and easy to deal with but our efforts to keep our costs low for the benefit of all our customers requires diligent stock handling and control. We hope you understand.
